Hong Kong Correctional Services Department envisaged a visionary change in its mission by going beyond custody and rehabilitation of Person in Custody to prevention of crime from the root. Its Rehabilitation Pioneer Project aims at strengthening its community education for young people. It contains a variety of activities of which The Reflective Path is the most creative in turning a prison into an experimental venue offering simulation of life in prison for persons in custody.

The programme shifted the corporate approach of maintaining a healthy workforce away from the medical protection against illness towards wellness programmes that incorporate a preventive approach.

“Comprehensive Family-friendly Practices: Airport Preschool”

Airport Authority Hong Kong is responsible for the operation and development of Hong Kong International Airport. The Airport Preschool is the first corporate-affiliated facility in Hong Kong providing care and early education services for children below the age of three. It fosters a family-friendly work environment for the airport community, has a high staff-to-child ratio, and is the first work-based preschool to offer a breast-feeding room, stationed nurse and extended service hours.

Sino Group is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong, with core business includes development of residential, office, industrial and retail properties for sale and investment.  To advance customer service excellence, over 200 site trainers are developed in the Train-the-trainer (TTT) STAR Service Programme with components of  Selection, Training, Audit, Recognition, Sustainability.  The programme aims to provide just-in-time training with scale and sustainable impact to frontline staff of diversified background spreading in working locations across 18 districts in Hong Kong.

Mercer (Hong Kong) Limited has been providing services to their clients for over 70 years, including but not limited to designing health plans, income for retirement and aligning workers with workforce needs. Mercer digitalised its client's benefits programme which covers over 10,000 employees and successfully transformed the old benefits programme to allow faster and better accuracy in claims processing. Employees also benefited from better accessibility, more user-friendly platform and simplified claims submission processes.

A gamification app is launched for colleagues to register wellness programmes including office renovation, body check, health talk, exercising sessions, massage sessions, healthy food pack preparation and Chinese medicine consultation sessions. Activities are also extended to colleagues' friends, families, and even to the community.
